The marina of Cala del Forte will be enriched by numerous businesses and the total area for these activities is about 2560 square metres.

The project planned 31 units . One of these will be allocated to the Port Authority and to the Municipality of Ventimiglia and the second unit for the connected Bathing Establishment.

The other 28 units will be divided in this way: 7 for the services, 10 for the trade like clothing stores, gift shops, libraries, newsagents and much more, 7 for the artigianal activities and 4 units between bars and restaurants.

These lasts units are made in accordance with the urban design and are also considered essential to the liveableness of the port. In fact the estimate of people that will go to the port is about 4000, (2500 are directly connected to the marina berths and other 1500 are outsiders).
