The project. The project proposes the creation of a new promenade that, near the rock of “Margunaira”, it advances in  green spaces and reaches the dam.
From here departs a beautiful new promenade, that encompasses the entire port, and it is connected to the path that leads to the beach of “Calandre”.
Also near the promenade will be created cars and motorcycles parking for Cala del Forte.
In particular the car park in front of the gallery of “Scoglietti” will be surrounded by green space and it will utilize a particular technology that will allow the walkability of the lawn.
In the new green areas will be organized plays for children and a mini golf course
Finally, an impressive amphitheater will be built.

The details. The project proposes the public use of the end plate of the port, located near “Corso Marconi”. This area (equiped with green belts, car parks, and a promenade) will be a long route of about 2780 square meters, that it will end in the path of “Calandre”.
The new promenade will have a wooden paving and it will be complete with steel materials for the parapet.

Green areas. Green spaces will be divided in: East side area, dedicated to children's playground and mini golf; in a Central area dedicated to the games of light, with seats facing the sea;  and a West side area, with an amphitheater for events and meetings. All these areas will be included in a roof garden with tall trees.

Car parks. The areas used for parking, about 3675 square meters, will be articulated in this way: the car parks located near the staircase of “Scoglietti” and the car parks of the municipality , will be treated in a conventional way, with asphalt or self-blocking. The car parks facing the sea, near the  gallery of “Scoglietti”, will be treated with “etlon”, a special technology that allows the walkability of the lawn
